How do I place an order?
- Register for free or log in to your account.
- Go to products and click the item you wish to purchase.
- Click “Add to Cart.” You can check the cart to make sure the items you selected are there.
- When you are ready to purchase click the “Checkout” button.
- Follow the steps given to entering your shipping and payment information.
How can I cancel or change my order?
You can cancel or change your order before payment.
Orders are normally processed immediately after checkout.
If you do wish to change or cancel your order, email our support as soon as you can.
Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel your order once it has been shipped.
How do I follow the status of my order?
An automatic email with tracking details will be sent directly to you once we have dispatched your order. You can also see the status of your order at any time in your Aquwow “My Account” section.

Which method of shipping do you use?
We are currently cooperating with FEDEX, UPS and USPS depending on your preference and the size of the package.
How can I track my order?
You will receive an email with your consignment number once your item has been dispatched. With this ID no. you can track your parcel by:

What should I do if I don’t receive my package?

How long does it take from my payment until you ship my order?
When you pay with your credit card via PayPal, we are able to confirm your payment immediately. We usually dispatch your order within 1 business day.

Does the filter come with instructions?
Yes, there are clear instructions as to how to flush the filter through and install in your fridge.
Is this a carbon filter?
Yes, this is an activated carbon filter made of 100% coconut shells. Coconut shells are an eco-friendly, renewable source, they remove volatile organic chemicals, pesticides and herbicides, disinfection by-products like THM and remove halogens. They improve the appearance and taste of drinking water.
What is an activated carbon filter?
Carbon is a highly absorbent material that can absorb thousands of different chemicals. Activated carbon is carbon with a slightly positive charge to it, which makes it even more absorbent to chemicals and contaminants. As your water passes over the charged carbon surface, the negative ions of the contaminants are attracted to the surface of the carbon granules.
Do you have to turn off the water in the fridge in order to change the filter?
No, this is not necessary.
How long will the Refrigerator Water filter last?
You should change your filter every 6 months because over time the carbon inside the filter will begin to harbor bacteria.
If I use less water can I change the filter less often?
Once the filter has been flushed through, it should be changed at least 6 months thereafter. The main reason for this is that over time the carbon inside the filter begins to harbour bacteria. This may significantly reduce the filtration performance of the fridge filter, therefore potentially leeching bacterial contaminants into your water supply.
Isn’t bottled water better than using a filter?
Actually no! Researchers report that bottled water is no purer than tap water—it just costs more. In fact, the U.S. FDA claims that bottled water companies who promote their brands as being safer than tap water are “defrauding” the American public.
Additionally, over 60,000 plastic water bottles are disposed of daily in the U.S. alone.
On the other hand, our filters provide superior water to both tap and bottled water, are more convenient to use, are environmentally safe, and cost a fraction of what bottled water costs.
How do I know if yours is the right refrigerator water filter for my fridge?
Go to the products page and under each filter there is a full explanation as to which fridge the filter fits. If you don’t find your fridge under that list, don’t hesitate to drop us a line on the “Contact Us” page and we’ll be sure to get back to you with an answer within 24 hours.
On your instruction sheet, it says to “flush” the filter. What does this mean?
All carbon-based filters need to be flushed to remove any excess carbon fines that are inside the cartridges. New cartridges are filled with air; therefore, flushing also removes the air from inside the cartridges and replaces it with water. The flush time is written on each cartridge’s label. This process will allow any carbon-based cartridge to function at optimum levels without affecting any equipment that may be attached.
Do you think that by using your filters I will be able to prolong the life of my fridge?
Actually yes, your water could contain small particles as well as chemicals such as chlorine. These small particles can interfere with the mechanical operation of your fridge causing plugging of nozzles. Chemicals such as chlorine can be corrosive and attack the internal metal surfaces. By “catching” particles as small as 0.5 micron as well as the chlorine we’re sure your fridge will be better for it.
